Job Description
- Answering calls including system assistance through phone using the S O F T W A R E T R O U B L E S H O O T I N G G U I D E.
- Scanning and filling, retrieving of documents. This includes scanned, received and soft copies
- Creation, assigning and filling of job service reports.
- Updating of the S O F T W A R E T R O U B L E S H O O T I N G GU I D E Document
- Reporting and communication letters
- Mass deployment of new system or updates
- Logging of user reports and system enhancement
